What backpacking gear should I get?
So I have about $95 in cash and a $25 gift card to Dick’s that I can spend guilt free from christmas gifts so far…I have TA-50 from the Nat’l Guard that I am authorized to “Field Prove”….Alice Pack and the ARMY ECWS MSS (friggin awesome btw)…but I would like a new pack….Obviously I need a tent (2 person) and other gear….what do you guys suggest?
To bad your stuck with D&^k’s. For a two man tent at a great price and a good reputation for quality I have a REI Quarter Dome T2 Tent.

Just a few suggestions if you can get these at D$&^k’s for less that’s good but shop around even REI does not have the best prices.
