American Family insurance claim?
We lost our caravan Nomad 1997, M2610, hut, in excellent condition, due to flooding of the river Kishwaukee Illinois in December Our insurance company, American Family, said that only pay the value of nothing, but can not replace it with one similar to it, Can anyone advise, I have to settle for what they are offering? We loved our van, and camping every weekend, just does not seem fair. Are offering 250.00 $ 5,705.94 minus our deductible. Does this seem reasonable? Please tell me my options. The price we are offering also includes tax license sales and $ 310.31, so … in fact we are brewing just $ 5,145.63. Unless you had a policy with a pilot complete replacement, you're in luck. They are only required to pay the real value of the trailer. How much did it, how much would it cost replace it, or how much you think it's worth does not matter.
