Where can I buy a “Chuck Box” for camping?
Or “plans” so I can build a chuck box?
Usually they are made, not bought. Here is a typical design. People heavily modify them to suit their own needs.

For example:
I’ve used a jigsaw to make a cut out on one of the drop-down doors large enough to fit a washbasin and made a slide-out tray that covers the holes. It extended the length of the one “counter” and the sliding shelf covers the holes when in transport. People add towel racks, hooks, and other accessory holders to the sides. That is a common practice as well. One scout troop I used to associate with made their boxes out of Stainless Steel and Aluminum. (Their Scoutmaster was a metals engineer and had the stuff at his factory.)
