My hamster escaped 2 weeks ago now I’m worried she has had babies under the floor how can I tell?
Firstly I found fudge 4 weeks ago on a camping trip, she escaped after about 10 days. We didn’t see her for about 2 weeks. She turned up last night had a big drink filled her pouches and went to sleep this afternoon, she filled her pouches to bursting point and was running round the cage biting the bars trying to get out (she wasn’t like this before escape) in the end my husband let her out and followed her, she ran straight down stairs and squeezed past a pipe under the floor even steve had filled it. She knew where she was going. Could she have been pregnant she didn’t have teats that I could see and she looked quite old but she was determined to get where she was going. Please help I am worried that there might be baby hamsters under my kitchen floor. Many thanks
