Know an inexpensive place to stay in Italy?
A really good friend of mine has decided to get married on the Amalfi Coast in Italy and I was hoping someone could suggest a place to stay for 7-10 days at the end of August.
We’re traveling from Canada and the flights alone are expensive – we’re open to camping or hostels or even a room in a house.
Any help is appreciated!

It depends on what you consider inexpensive. The Amalfi Coast is a popular destination and August is the peak season.
You might try something like La Perla in Praiano. You might also consider staying in a convent or a monastery. Some of these are very good deals, but others are about the same cost as a hotel.
