is there any agency that we would have to ask for permission to have camp fires when we will go hiking?
is there a map with zones where such activities are prohibited?

Yes some area’s allow campfires. Contact the local forest ranger office for wilderness fire permits. Most established campgrounds allow campfires with out a permit.
