Food Recipe?
I have to make a meal with rice, fruit and vegatbles. at least 1 at least one vegetable and fruit all at the same meal, and I be able to cook everything in a pot on a lot of things burner. Ideas? I'll greatul for an entry. Thank you all for your excellent idea. I will certainly use a tomato DI think I could use beans and rice with tomato sauce. It sounds simple, but I have very little time and few resources for cooking with / en. Thank you for your great ideas.
Yes, tomatoes are considered a fruit. Enough to make a rice in Spanish. Fry the onions and peppers with a little salt, pepper and cumin. Once they get soft, then add the rice. Then add half the chicken broth and 1 1 / 2 parts diced tomatoes with salt and pepper. If you smoked paprika would be good too. Make sure you have at least half of tomatoes extra room that you would rice, be it a bit dry if you do not.
