i love meat i dont eat it for religious reasons ok
I guess many here are kind of doubtful about what kind of “chef” you are.
If you are this professional you should have plenty of ideas on your own, any skilled cook is supposed to be able to prepare or improvise ALL kinds of dishes. This includes vegetarian food, there is not one restaurant which would cook 100% meat and nothing else.
I would have some ideas, but if you are a real chef you HAVE to develop such things on your own. Other way I would think “good luck with your job”…
But if you are just looking for inspiration and directions in which YOU could develop a menu, here are some:
- Asian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_cuisine )
- South American (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_American_cuisine )
- Mediterranean themed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediterranean_cuisine )
- an entire dessert menu, comprised of different sweet dishes
- Japanese bento style (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bento )
