80 year Anniversary?
I was asked to create a menu for a 80 year anniversary for this camp, I work for.I am the lead Chef and was asked by the Directors if I would like to cook Burgers and Dogs or go all out, I told him all out.I would like to ask all of you(MY PEOPLE) for some help on creating this. So we are figuring between 100-450, some of my ontrays Rolled Roast with Spinach,Butter Fryed Shrimp,I would like to have at least 3 diff.salads,a soup,NO drinking and this is going to take place way out in the country(well a little town called Twin Lakes)Now all the ideas I would like to give them names that would intreast everyone you know what I mean?Like Green Salad would be ( side of green brush topped with ranch dressing). thanks everyone.
How about a pumpkin or squash soup? Call it pumpkin patch stew or something.
