Camping Menu? Strict guidlines….?

Hi. Thanks for reading this question. :)
I’m going on a school camping trip where me and my group have to prepare our own meals. We aren’t aloud to have any junk food. So gum, candy, cake, cookies, chips, soft drinks, etc. will not be allowed on the trip. The teachers reccomend juice boxes and concentrates because they can be frozen to help keep the ice chest cool. Glass, bottled, or canned drinks are not allowed. That’s screwed up. We can’t even have bottled water! Ughhhh.
Any suggestions on what to eat? Were staying Wednesday – Friday, and so I need help with; Breakfast: Thursday/Friday, Lunch: Thursday/Wednesday, Dinner: Thursday/Wednesday.
Oh, and Thursday’s lunch iis on a hike, so it needs to be packed, but were eating at a beach.
Thanks SO much,
Lauren

You can’t go wrong with turkey or ham sandwiches! They’re also quick to make.
I’d probably put some veggies or sliced fruits in some Ziploc baggies, like carrots, strawberries, grapes, etc. There are lots of things to chose from when it comes to juice boxes. Welch’s makes great ones, and a lot of brands make bigger ones for people who aren’t little kids anymore.
They’re the perfect size, just check the drink isle in your nearest grocery store.

If you like PB&J sandwiches, that might be great to make also. You could pack some extra peanutbutter to dip some apples in.
Raisins and nuts are good, they fill you up pretty nicely.
