Camping in Quebec?

My gf and I are looking for a place to go camping for about 3 days. We already have a tent, portable table, chairs, stove, and fishing polls (with fishing permits).

We don’t have a boat, so we are looking for a place where we can either fish from shore or in a river. A place to go hiking would be nice too. The possibility of renting a seedoo would also be pretty sweet.

Someone has already asked on yahoo answers about this topic. I’m wondering if I can get more answers from yall.

So far I hear the following regions are really nice:
- Mont Orford
- Saint Sauveur
- Mont Tremblant
- Oka
- Rawdon

Please specify what camping grounds.
Thanks for your tips and advice!

One of the nicest place to camp is Parc de la Mauricie, a provincial park a few hours northeast of Montreal. You can rent a canoe directly from the park services and pitch your tent in one of the wild campsites accessible only by canoe.
