What is the best place to camp in Oregon?
I am looking to book a short camping trip this summer. I want a place at least an hour outside of Portland, further is great too. It must be a place that has Yurts, because I have no camping equipment and I’m an amateur. So, any recommendations? I have looked on a lot of websites and have read a lot about most places, so I’m looking for personal recommendations. Wallowa Lake is booked, and Crater Lake is a no-go. Any suggestions?
lake timothy is pretty cool if you like swimming (it’s kind of cold) or hiking/bike riding, it’s like 45 min to an hour out of portland
