Scary Play Idea?
Ok so this is for school i was thinking about doing like a camping trip with 6 friends and kind of like a house of wax and cry wolf mixture like there is people at the camp site who kill everybody and they have to get away but all the campers are filled with stuffed people and in the end it is gonna be like a prank the friends are pulling on the main character but he really ends up killing someone.
Any ideas on how to fill in the spaces like how i should get to those parts? Any scary news stories or something i could put in there?

Well your best bet is to look at some scary films for some ideas – Like “Evil Dead” “Scream” “I know what you did last summer” just to spark ideas and help you create linkages.
One idea could be the idea that it is a prank but there actually is a real killer in the woods with them maybe. And it could be like a mysterious stranger they saw or talked to in the woods earlier. Or perhaps they meet to people on there way to the camp site. The one that seems friendly turns out to be the killer and the other more angry person helps them in the end.
There are so many options when writing about teenage horror. And yeah i think it would be really interesting to put some up to date events in there. A couple are that mall killer:

You might get ideas to link with these stories. Look locally as well. When you right it as well some ideas to look at are areas of drugs and sex and how teenagers often die if they are caught involved in these acts.
