Are small (8 oz) fuel cylinders (for camping stoves) allowed in check-in baggage?
I am planning to fly with my camping gear. My stove uses isobutane+propane cylinder like this one: http://cascadedesigns.com/msr/stoves/stove-accessories/msr-isopro/product
Are we allowed to carry these in check in baggage? If not, any idea how to the backpackers take care of carrying fuel? I can not assume that they will be available at a place near my destination.
