Road Trip from Winnipeg MB to San Antonio TX.?
We’re planning on driving to San Antonio this fall (September probably). I’m looking for any suggestions on attractions or things to check out either in SA or along the way.
So far the plan is to head south on the I29 then I35. We will be camping mostly, so any campground suggestions near our route are greatly appreciated!
Also, is it worth the extra 8 hour drive to go to New Orleans?
I drove many times from Canada to the Southwest, without too much planning. My only suggestion is to join CAA, get all their maps and campground guides and trip-tik or whatever they call it…and start your adventure…
