Whats the best Handwarmer, FootWarmer, ToeWarmer, Pocketwarmers?
Only needs to last about 1-3 hrs. Not for camping, hiking, hunting, etc. Just for waiting at the bus stop/shoveling snow. Reusable or Disposable, doesn’t matter. I looked them up on google, eBay, amazon, etc. but there’s so many kinds. Which would you recommend? Heard of HeartWarmers by Wrapables? Is it any good as it claims to be?

Here is one similar to the link you provided: http://www.rei.com/product/608751 These are reusable, and provide heat for about an hour. To recharge just boil for a few minutes, allow to cool, then flex the metal disk in the package.
Here is another of the disposable type: http://www.rei.com/product/760936?vcat=REI_SEARCH They are a little warmer and last longer, and though disposable, are still environmentally friendly. Some of the disposable types have adhesive attached to allow you to stick them to your socks to keep your toes warm. I spend a good deal of time outdoors; these disposable types are what I use.
Avoid the electric socks and mittens-they are junk, and devour batteries.
