Where are good places to camp on the east coast from ma to va?
I’m looking for good places to camp along the east coast. We live in Nj and would like to try out different places this summer. We are looking for places with things near them-museums, amusement parks, beaches. We don’t mind driving north or south-but no more than 5 hours.

thanks for mentioning mystic…i haven’t been there in a few years and didn’t even think to camp there! Cape cod would be nice also-I’m liking the suggestions to go north rather than south (the weather will be more comfortable without A/C in the summer)
