im going surfing and i will be on my period..?
and its at a camp so im goin surfing monday-friday for 4 hours in the morning… and i was gonna wear a tampon… but i heard that u could get like an internal infection from tampons cuz the blood just builds up in one place… so should i wear a pad or a tampon? which one is like more waterproof-ish ? i will have time to change the pad/tampon once during the lunch though so..?
use a tampon! i swear to god that if u wear a pad then ull regret it! use playtex gentle glide tampons (they’re plastic and they are the best) also you only get those infections if u wear it for more than 8 hours. So just make sure u change it every 4-8 hours and youll be completely fine. GOOD LUCK
