Is there a lot of extra equipment to buy ov the P90X fitness program?

Px 90 I bought this and sent it back for a refund. Just do pull ups, running and great diet high in protein, fiber. And buy a weightlifting. Push ups, do all three of them. My friend says I have great muscle of the shoulder.
