Racist or not. African hair type?
A girl I've been seeing the works in a law office and has just promoted. You are now on the front where everyone can see it. She was approached by the director to change your hair style because it seemed "unprofessional." She is half Scottish and half African-American and has red hair in a spiral, spiral pasta as almost a bit like that girl happiness, reality is much like Cree Summers hair and all. Her hair is parted in the middle and sides shoulders. She cannot Perm hair because it does not work, plus it does fall. Its been suggested that this is not the hair style of the "look" of hair, diapers. She thinks that maybe they think red die, but that is your natural hair. Also to the young (black chicken) was dismissed shortly after she wore hair in a natural cut short due to breakage of hair, worked three years away in 3 weeks. The question, is this racist or not. And it should leave or try to sue discrimination or something?
Not that she has a big ole ghetto SYLE pink and glitter and some hive mind! Sounds like the boss is a bit racist to me! Sue me
