My fave;
I was in the army cadet force a few years bk.
Instructions;
Wait untill its dark, go over to the toilets (on the local camp) and take the light-bulb(s) out.
Unroll ALL the toilet paper off the cardboard handler thing.
Fold one end of the cardboard roll up and hide the paper somewhere. While holding the end of the cardboard roll which is folded take a crap into it from the open end.
Then place on the rim of the toilet and put the seat down. (with
the open end of the cardboard faceing away from the toilet.
When the next person takes a crap…you’ve done it in their trousers 
.
Sadly I’ve only ever gotten two people with this (from what i know of).

isn’t exactly a prank but i like to go up to people and say stupid things like a pizza person came here and i spit root beer everywhere and said stupid things and i seen an old couple at a store and i said look out for the catterpillar in a really seriouse voice.
its fun to do.
