campgrounds that accept groups of young people aged 16 years?
a group of my classmates love to go out at night to 3-4 after our GCSE but have done some research, we have not been able to find anyone who accepts groups of teenagers without an adult! Does anyone know anywhere in north Wales (as it is not too far from where we live) to accept a group of young people? So I saw some places that do not accept groups that a train coming, and they say we have a car, which is obviously a problem because we will all be 16! there will probably be about 6 of us will maybe girls, but can children as well. Thank you!
When I was that age always used to camp in a forest near our school. Now I realize it's because I'm from Scotland, that allows you to do that. I Go4awalk.com this information: "The legal situation is different in Scotland than in England and Wales. England and Wales, there is no right to wild camping, strictly speaking, must ask permission. This is not possible. However, in areas mountain, and most other hill land, wild camping is generally allowed on the walls of admission, provided that either a limited time and relatively quiet – out of sight of houses / farms. There is always a small chance that you will be prompted to move forward, but never happened to me. In the Peak District, camping is discouraged in some areas and totally prohibited if the Moors are very dry. The best parts England and Wales are probably the Lake District and Snowdonia – and is likely to encounter several wild campers – not very many possibilities for any inconvenience. In Scotland, legislation on access courses – Just enter into force (early 2005) – is explicit on the right of peoples to Wild camp in the hill country – usually more than 100 meters from the railway station public – Although you would be much farther than that!
