Is confusion and hot/cold flashed part of pregnancy symptoms?
I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I seems to be confused more often and the hot and cold feeling is just irritating. Anyone experience this? Whats the best way to deal with it.
Yes. My first pregnancy symptom with both my pregnancies was extreme hot flashes. It is a lovely symptom that I have from before I miss my period, until I deliver. Well..I am assuming it will last until I deliver this one. It did with my first, and I am 32 weeks pregnant and still experiencing it. This is due to fluctuating estrogen levels.
The confusion has many pet names. Preggo brain, placenta brain, mama mind, pregnesia… a very very common symptom. It is speculated that this could be cause by increased hormones, or is because the mother is focusing so much on her pregnancy that she fuzzes out everything else. You are definitely not alone in this.

The hot flashes.. I have learned to dress in layers. Summer, winter, spring, fall… I have something very cool on underneath, and then put some heavier things ontop. This way you can strip down to a tank top, even if it is mid january. Keep hydrated, lots of cool drinks (water water water!) and try and get through it. Find a swimming pool and go swimming. Its a good pregnancy exercise anyways 
For the preggo brain..start witting things down, so you don’t forget all your important appointments, keep your keys attached to your purse so you don’t loose them, and keep a diary with all the goofy things you do. You will laugh later 
Keep a note bad in your bag at all times so if something comes up you can jot it down immediately.
