How to Replace Portable Lamp CCFL LCD backlight

I am writing here to share my experience with clients who need to replace backlight lamp.I he learned of some information online and also included my task ownexperience.The is not easy even for people with experience of way to replace the backlight lamp is in its own risks. Please do it carefully, and replace, otherwise you have to buy a new LCD.

What follows is my summary of steps to replace the backlight lamp:
1.When you are mounting the screen, remove dust and lint with compressed air. Do not use napkins.

2.The CCFL backlight lamp is located within the portable LCD screen, so let's take the screen apart.

3.Remove tape and paper from the back of the screen and paste it somewhere so that you can reuse later, when you assemble the screen.

4.Removing tape the backlight cables.

5.The my screen the green circuit board was glued to the plastic shell with a double-sided tape. Carefully off the circuit board. Be careful, do not flex or bend the circuit board.

6.Place LCD screen on the side and start removing the metal frame witch secures the LCD to the plastic frame. There will be many insurance all sides of the frame, you can unlock with a small screwdriver.

7.Continue that separates the metallic structure of the plastic base.

8.On the next picture you can see that frame, LCD with the circuit board and screen base have been separated.Be care, do not touch internal components with your fingers. Handle all components internally from the sides.

9.Place the metal structure and liquid crystal circuit board aside. You need only when you assemble all of back together.

10.There will be a few transparent layers inside. Carefully remove them from the bottom of the screen. Do not separate the layers, simply stop side together.

11.Keep everything organized, so you have no trouble assembling the screen.

12.Start to remove the metal cover of the lamp backlight.

13.Now probably the most difficult part in this process of disassembly to remove the backlight lamp and reflector. The backlight lamp is secured inside the reflector you have to remove two them.Before separately and then removing the backlight lamp and reflector take a closer look how it is assembled and mounted to the base of the screen. Fitting the backlight and reflector in place could be a very difficult task.

14.After the reflector is separated from the base of the screen, you can start removing the backlight lamp. As shown in the picture, I marked the left side of the reflector with a point red, so I know that the red wire goes when we ride it all back together.

15.In order to access the backlight lamp is you have to remove the caps rubber on both sides of the lamp. Not sure if you can touch the backlight lamp with your fingers, so I would use rubber gloves.

16.Cabled in both sides of the backlight lamp are soldered to the backlight driving. To access the cables you will need to remove the black insulator on both sides of the lamp.
Unsolder the wires from the old backlight lamp and solder a new one.

17.You can test the new backlight lamp (CCFL) before install it again on the screen. Connect the backlight lamp on the inverter board and turn on the laptop. The backlight lamp should light.
