how can i make led light panels that are portable?

these are very handy led light panels which are portable and are used in filming. except…. they cost about 2000 bucks!!!! does anyone know what i would need to buy to make portable light panels which you could change the light settings on – light with a dimmer? and how much this would cost?

Yes I don’t see why not. You would need someone really good at soldering or just have a manufacturer make you a pc board. Then you could use an analog system to vary the intensity or use a programmable micro controller
