Classic Army P90 Metal Upper Receivers?
I recently bought a Classic Army P90 with the red dot built in, and want to get a metal receiver for it, and I want to know if the triple rail version will fit on my red dot P90. Also, do I have to disassemble the P90 to attach the receiver?

Although I don’t have much knowledge about P90, I do know that my friend has a M4/HK416 and he needs to put a rail on. The rail he bought doesn’t fit so he drill hole into appropiate place and modified the gun so that the rail fits.
I would recommend you try other methods first as this one is one of the backup methods, if no other methods work (I am sure there will be.)
