If a Navy SEAL. Let me tell you you're my hero. I've been many readng TTTS about the Navy, the hard work, sacrifice, and the MRE. I had a question, after joining the navy and going through all this hard work. Did you get into muscle? Be ou definitely become more mature, stronger, faster and much more. But have you lost weight and gained muscle? My frindd Ashley lost weight, but as she idk if a girl was muscular. Im asking a guy who has gone through that. Or even now in the navy. Please reply. Marina and I appreciate the compliment …. It made me feel good. I do not think you will get all buff if that's what you mean … but will grow stronger. You going to work out during boot camp … but the Navy is not the physical branch … they have physical standards and you have to work out. If you want polishing and want to look more muscular will have to spend time in the gym. Usually, you have access to the gym, while in the Navy and get time to go there. Even aboard larger ships have gyms … the ship was in a gym had. And I had a tone when I was little military even though I am a girl. I had a little muscle definition …. but luck was the kind girly ….:-) serious you can build, but I can certainly happen during boot camp. You can either can not lose weight .. some people gain weight a little … but is balanced.
