Backpacking Mountain: a tent or tarp?
I prefer not to buy a new store at the moment, I throw light in my room for 2 people Kelty Streamside store or carry the heavier, warm mother and sleeping bag under a tarp? Backpacking in the mountains, Wyoming, for 5-7 days. Light snow in summer. But I'm from the north, you can deal with it. Nominal Exchange -35. Yes, I have a few different bags. The highest temperature is that extreme weather, military surplus bag. I have a nice, light 15 or 20 degree mummy style. I think that lack the most beautiful mummy bag. : (Wow, did not realize that the store was heavy … I input about some surplus stores and craigslist to see what I can find. Or just spend $ 60 on a small Eureka.
Since the weights in Kelty Steamside at 6 pounds 3 ounces, I think I would opt for the canvas and a bag warmer. That's a lot of weight for a 2 person backpack tent.
