Campgrounds or near Ocean City, Maryland? or Delaware? Near the beach access?
We are looking places to camp in / near Ocean City, Maryland or Delaware who are close to the beach access (on foot). Camped several times at Assateague State Park and we really like the beach is within walking place to camp, but we are interested in trying something different. Any suggestions or experiences? Thank you ahead!
Seaside Park of Delaware Delaware State Campground which is literally across the road to the beach. The camp is located south of Indian River Inlet. It is a 5 minutes walk from the campsite to the ocean. You can also walk to the beach at Cape Henlopen Camping State Park, but the journey is much further.
