What is the best way to take pressure off the lower back?
My lower back has been extremely sore, I’m using some muscle relaxants, although it is still sore, no matter what position I seem to be in.
What position would you say would have the least pressure on the lower back area?

When my lower back hurts; I lay on the couch, with a pillow behind my back. Try putting a heating pad on your lower back, it will do wonders. Good luck!
