It depends on where you live. If you live in an area that naturally exists, then the weather should be suitable to live outside. Note that hibernate during the winter – while if not kept in a heated indoor enclosure. They need a place where they can get access to eight hours of sunlight per day, plus a heap of stones hot so they can bask in the shade and in some areas.
