The main thing that matters is the rms wattage and the ohms.
If you know about ohms you can run the two dual voices into a single 1 ohm load
Sub1
-4 ohm in parallel with 4 ohm = 2ohm
Sub2
-4 ohm in parallel with 4 ohm = 2 ohm
Total
-2 ohm in parallel with 2 ohm = 1 ohm
you can also configure a 4 ohm load and a 16 ohm load
This means you should look for a sub(mono) amp that will output 800 watts at 1 or 4 ohms. Getting an amp whos max power is delivered to a 2 ohm load is pointless.. you can not configure your subs in a 2 ohm load so either you will recieve half of the power working in a 4 ohm load, or you can unsafely try to recieve double the amps power at 1 ohm (not smart)
depending on brand… first look into companies you like and trust, for example alpine, mtx,… Then make a decision based on price if that is a big concern
you can easily search for more info on parallel and series wiring configurations if you need to
