How can I sleep in the camp?
Well, I had trouble sleeping lately and tomorrow Im going to camp! Go to sleep around 30-11 22 hours: 12 hours, then wake up at half past seven. I can not leave my bed and a glass of warm milk. I can not go out and excersize. I can not make my mp3 player, laptop, mobile phone, the DSi, Mini TV, portable DVD player or something like that! The room is dark, when the time to go sleep. I CAN NOT take my medications or pills because I'm only 11 and in the camp. I just want to know how to fall asleep so I'm not tired the morning and grumpy. Thank you!
I had a situation like this before and I found that often a dream I fell quickly in the camp because to obtain the levels of all the activities that I know does not really help answer your question, but it sounds like me
