bulk foods eaten, and where to get for cheap?
hey folks, I'm trying to prepare some food storage in case of a emergency, (the flu or otherwise), and would be interested in what I can purchase food in bulk on a budget, which will stay fresh for a long time, preferably a year. Etc. Also of course high protein are top priorities. I know that beans are a good one, and I'll try to get 50 pounds of them more or less, but does anyone have any other good suggestion? Also if you know of a good place for cheap bulk foods, or in the Seattle area Please let me know too. Thank you.
