After not working for 2 weeks off over Christmas, I have not been able to return to a regular sleep schedule. I've only been getting 4-5 hours of sleep per night during the last 3 weeks and exhausted in the morning.
You could try to pull a all nighter, obviously wait until the next day. Stay up all night .. Responses coffee used if necessary, or Yahoo! =). At the time of their normal rolls around reasonable bedtime the next night, you're guaranteed to be tired enough to sleep and must return to the track very well.
