How do you fold a self inflating mattress?
I like to use the Therma-Rest self inflating camp mats, but how do you get them to express the maximum amount of air when rolling it back up after using it? Any tricks you use?
Try using the side of a pack frame or something else straight narrow and hard to squeeze the air out as you roll it up. Works the same way as your fingers squeezing a tube of toothpaste.
