Can sleeping on your ear affect its size and shape?
My ears used to be the same size and shape, but a few years ago I noticed my glasses started to not be level on my face anymore. At first I thought my glasses got bent, but then I noticed my right ear looks bigger and seems to be slightly higher them my left. I sleep on my side with a firm pillow (I don’t know which side). Can this affect the ears like I described, or what else can cause this, and is there anything I can do to reverse or minimize changes to my ear?
