In the beginning of Superman Returns, there was a freak accident on the Kent farm. When Martha Kent went out to investigate the accident, he saw a tip, the star looking for something, like the pod that was transported Kal-El from Krypton in the first Superman. Can someone explain what it was that thing and why Superman passed out?
Superman is an alien from outer space and that was his ship and crashed him and he fainted.
