camping IM and IM afraid to go to the bathroom?
im going camping with my boyfriend before the British Columbia, I asked a question by saying that I was worried because I can be constipated. Thank you for the answers, but the thing is, why have constipation is because I'm shy and moves with his family a kind of awkward. I will be worrying all the time if I have constipation or not, and probibly end up do and then I'll be super embarresed. What should I do to earn my trust and concern and make sure you are not going to agree? when I Youngest I am constipated when I went to camp and now I always had this phobia Please help. How can I gain confidence that makes me just relax and enjoy my time there?
