i am looking for a bright flash light for duck and deer hunting, if this doesn’t work, i will get a mag light With a xenon bulb.
Skip the imported junk, especially since you’re going to use it in a wet, rough environment. I use a Mag-Lite with the LED bulb, better than the xenon in my opinion.
Mag-Lite will take any kind of abuse you can give it and still work — it’s still the best bargain in the flashlight world, and the guarantee is bulletproof.
Just be sure you’re getting a real Mag-Lite and not one of the look-alike “clones” that are everywhere. I tried one once, and it was cr**.
We’ve used Mag-Lites on our farm and for hunting for thirty years, and still have every one we’ve ever bought. Even the one that got ground into the mud by a tractor tire. We had to beat on the case & fiddle with it to get it “round” enough to change batteries, but it still works great.
