How does a solar powered flashlight’s circuit diagram look like?
Hi, my project is to design a renewable energy torch and have 2 alternative designs, my 1st one was a shake-to-charge flashlight, (which i have a circuit for), and the second one is a solar powered flashlight. I don’t know how the circuit looks like.. I’ve searched on the net but haven’t found anything.. any help please?
Solar cells charge a battery through a diode so the battery does not discharge back through the cells when dark. The light bulb/LED is connected with a switch to the battery between the diode and battery terminal. Simple – unless you put in voltage boosters and charging regulators which should not be needed if cells matched to battery.
