Looking for an inexpensive way to upgrade my light fixture????
My kitchen has one large light…it is like a basic light (two long bulbs covered by some plastic thingy)…anyway. I would like to upgrade, but my budge is small.
Will I have to totally redo the light or can it come done and easily be switched out?
There is no inexpensive way to upgrade your fixture. People who don’t know anything about electricity will be happy to tell you how to do it yourself. But hack electrical jobs burn houses down. So figure on the price of a new fixture and about an hour of electrician work. I would estimate under $100 total. Not including the paint job mentioned by another person.
