Anyone Know the fastes way to get to Yellowstone Park from North Dakota.?
I Live in Fargo and I am going to Yellowstone the end of June. Yahoo! Maps puts the trip (Fargo ND – Gardner MT, I want to camp at Mammoth for the first few days) at around 11 hours, is there a faster way? Last time I went we drove through the montains, is there anyway to avoid alot of montains?
Also what are the must see things in Yellowstone? Where is the best place to see a moose?
I used to be a truck driver and from Fargo to Yellowstone, this is the route I WOULD CHOOSE!( I would not steer you wrong!) AS you know truckers will plan the easiest,quickest, & most sensible route to take! ( However you won’t be able to avoid all the mountains, you will get by alot of them.
From Fargo Take HWY.94 West Into Montana. In Billings MONT. Take HWY. 90 West To Exit 333 Onto HWY.89 South Through Gardiner On Into Yellowstone.
Listen I studied the map over & over, like a trucker would do, & without a doubt this IS THE BEST WAY…
